At KAOTIK, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and making sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Every item is made to order through our trusted supplier, and while rare, issues can sometimes occur during production or shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ve got your back. We’ll happily offer you a replacement or a full refund — whichever works best for you.

Requesting a Return
If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item.
To resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide:

Because each product is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the reasons of change of mind, wrong size and delivery delays outside our control. We recommend checking our size guide and product details carefully before ordering.
